If you didn’t make it out to the Oaklands Mansion last night for their inaugural Oktoberfest, then you missed a hell of a party! Delicious smoked meats and bbq from Sweet T’s BBQ and Catering, and fantastic authentic German style festival foods from Gee Ma’s Kitchen! Of course you can’t have a true Oktoberfest without beer! Along with the five distinct styles we brought (a light Citra SMSH, a traditional german Wiesenbock, an Incredible American wheat ale, A Simcoe heavy BIPA, and batting cleanup, our succulent Sweet Potato Pie sweet stout), there were also plenty of delectable hand crafted libations form Mid State Brew Crew, as well as all the other terrific vendors. The food , the beer, and the people all helped to make this event an incredible success!! Thank you to everybody who came out to support us and The Oaklands Mansion and Museum! We absolutely LOVE sharing our beer with all of you good folks who enjoy drinking it! Heres to many more , Cheers!
